The Website www.zportify.com and the Zportify App, either directly or via licences assigned by us, are jointly referred to as the “Platform.” By using or accessing this Platform and providing Information (as defined below) or SPDI (as defined below), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Information and/or SPDI in any manner as described in this Policy and further signify your agreement to this Policy and the Terms of Use (being incorporated by reference herein). If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Policy, please do not proceed further or use or access this Platform/provide us with any information.

II. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY ZPORTIFY
- Account Creation: When creating an account, Users may be asked for name, phone number, email, address, demographic details (age, gender), and sports preferences.
- Location Data: Collected to show nearby sports turfs and facilities.
- Contacts Access: If enabled, we may use it to help Users discover friends/players.
- Conversations: Messages between Users may be monitored (to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and safeguard rights).
- Third-Party Sites: Users may sign up with Facebook, Google, etc., and authorize Zportify to access permitted profile data.
- Cookies: Used for authentication, security, personalized ads, and improving features.
- SPDI: Payment details are processed securely by trusted third-party gateways. Zportify does not store financial data.
III. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY ZPORTIFY
We use collected information to:
- Provide, improve, and personalize sports aggregation and booking services.
- Process bookings, payments, and service requests.
- Enable communication between Users and turf owners.

We do not sell or trade User Information. We may share information with:
- Turf Owners/Partners for booking purposes.

- We are not responsible for breaches beyond our reasonable control or by Third-Party platforms linked through our services.
VI. UPDATING, DELETING AND AMENDING INFORMATION
