1. General Policy
At Zportify, we act as a facilitator between users and sports facilities (turf owners, venue partners, and event organizers). Each booking is governed by the cancellation and refund rules of the respective merchant partner. Users are advised to carefully read these policies before making a booking.
2. Merchant Partner Policies
- Cancellations are subject to the policy set by the respective merchant partner.
- You can view the cancellation rules of a merchant partner on their information page before confirming a booking or purchase.
- The cancellation policy is also included in your booking ticket under Order History.
3. User-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations can be initiated directly by users through the booking ticket in their account.
- Once initiated, the refund amount due will be displayed prior to confirmation of the cancellation.
- Upon successful cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment source used at the time of booking.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds, where applicable, will be credited within 5–7 working days after the cancellation request has been processed.
- Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
- Zportify is not liable for delays beyond its control caused by external payment systems.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Bookings cancelled outside the permitted cancellation window set by the merchant partner.
- “No show” situations where the user does not attend the booking.
- Special promotional offers, discounted packages, or non-refundable bookings, unless explicitly stated.
6. Platform’s Role
- Zportify is an intermediary and does not control individual refund or cancellation rules of merchant partners.
- Our responsibility is limited to processing refunds as per partner policies and providing users with a seamless platform to initiate cancellations.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website/app with the revised Effective Date.
